Meditation for relaxation, brain and body health (Helps with anxiety, depression and Lockdown blues)
English Text for Meditation for relaxation, brain and body health (Helps with anxiety, depression and Lockdown blues)
Meditation Thoughts for now and always.
There are 86 Thousand 400 seconds in a day. How many of those do we spend on gratitude?
Hold the feeling of Gratitude for a few minutes and it lifts your thoughts and feelings to everything that will seem important, even on your deathbed. No politician or virus or situation will earn a second of your attention in any of your most important moments on earth. You will automatically focus on all the Love, Grace, Caring and all the Good things, people and experiences in your life.
Feelings of deep gratitude, like Love, is known to multiply abundance and your awareness of its all-round life-force presence.
It is a law of life that energy grows where it is focused.
Do this meditation every day for 21 days to reset your awareness and you will see changes in yourself, the world around you and your perception of it.
Let’s forget for a few moments about everything that’s going on in the world and become
aware of and grateful for — so many things that often pass unnoticed.
If possible, sit or lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes and focus on breathing slowly and deeply.
Calm deep breathing sends a signal to your brain that everything is fine for now, the brain can stop fluttering around, looking for solutions, understanding or outcomes and just totally relax and use all the available energy for healing and a healthy state of mind.
If a phrase lands uncomfortably, just let it go and take another deep, slow breath while listening to the next phrase.
Try to inhale slowly for 4 counts, hold it in for 4 counts, exhale slowly over 4 counts, and hold it out for 4 counts.
Inhale through your air filtering nose if possible, and out through your mouth, but whatever is comfortable for you. We are now going to become deeply calm, oxygenated and relaxed.
While doing that for a few rounds, imagine the breath to fill your entire body from head to heart to stomach to fingers to toes
and all the way back out with every slow, calm exhale, leaving you empty, clean and ready to receive the new fresh life giving oxygen to move in and embrace each cell from head to heart to stomach to fingers to toes with every calm slow inhale.
Now, let’s keep the cycle of filling and emptying our bodies with deep breathing to give it an opportunity to become totally calm and relax while gently minding the following words.
