Healing Selflove Look & Feel Younger

Meditation on Self Love, Self-Appreciation, Self-Worth

Meditation Thoughts and focus for now and always

Hold the feeling of Love and deep appreciation for a few minutes and feel the gentle calm that descends over you like a Mother’s Blanket over a sleeping baby. Here you are, and this is where you came to.  Up times and down times. Well done – We are now going to continue stronger, wiser and with greater pleasure.

How you survive from here onwards depends in the first place on your attitude. What do you choose to focus on? For the next few minutes we will focus on Appreciation, Love and Gentility toward Yourself.

The feeling of gentle appreciation and love secretes hormones in your brain that lead to a positivity where happiness, health, cheerfulness, creativity, well-being and a healthy state of mind can grow and flourish.

Let us forget for a few moments about everything that is going on in the world and just think for a moment about everything that we value and that often goes unnoticed and unconscious on a daily basis.

Relax your facial muscles, close your eyes while gently focusing on the words.

Think for a moment about how the hairs in your nose work for you. Nasal hairs are a natural part of the human body that acts as a filtering defence system. It keeps out harmful elements and keeps the air we breathe moist.

Further back in your nose are even smaller hairs called cilia that you can only see with a microscope. The cilia move back and forth to keep sinuses clean. Cilia does the same job for you in the walls of your airways and lungs. All while you are totally unaware of it. One of millions of automatic functions of your amazing body.

Now breathe slowly, deeply and calmly with more respect and appreciation.

Calm deep breathing sends a signal to your brain that everything is fine for now, the brain can stop paying attention to external factors, totally relax and use all the available energy to nourish cells, do repairs and maintain a healthy state of mind promote.

When negative thoughts arise, simply sweep them aside – these are just old worthless thought patterns that can get attention later and eventually melt away as they fall into disuse – where they belong. We are now going to establish new thought patterns that will serve you much better.

Listen to this every day for 21 days and see for yourself the change in your mood, life, health and happiness levels

Now breathe slowly, deeply and calmly with consciousness. Get a slow, calm rhythm and keep going. Return to it every time you notice you have stopped.

If possible, close your eyes and place your hands gently on your face. Or just become aware of your head in the expanse of the whole universe around it.

My hands and/or focus are now on my forehead

I appreciate my brain

for all my beautiful thoughts,

for all my thought processes,

for all my millions of flickering synapses per second,

for my blood flow, oxygen, observations, conclusions, memory and learning processes.

I trust my brain to always try to help me and work FOR me. I undertake to nourish my brain well with healthy brain food, oxygen, exercise, slack, growing awareness and exposure to new things. I am now reprogramming my brain to remind myself that I am part of an endless, intelligent, loving life energy.

I take a deep breath and become calmer and move my hands and focus gently on my eyes.
It makes me smile softly in remembrance of all the beautiful things I have ever seen.

All the colours,

all the smiles,

all the sadness that taught me empathy and made me more human

all the caring,

all the love,

all the flowers

all the views,

all the art,

all the inspiring people

All the mirror images of myself – I’m smart, wise and brave to try this age-old process. I can look at myself in the mirror with Love in the mirror and feel love for the brave man behind my face.

I know I notice more and more beautiful detail, the calmer I am.

I take a deep breath and calm down.

My hands and focus now move gently to my nose

I feel the cartilage under my skin, I think of the cilia and the relentless work it does for me – without any focus or effort.

I appreciate my nose warning me when something is burning, dirty or rotten, causing me to switch to flowers and inhaling the scent deeply with devotion. Which instantly evokes fond memories on the movie screen of my brain with the smell of an old familiar scent, and the whole story unfolds. Which can pique my appetite with promises of what flavours go along with different smells. Which can surprise me with sensations and stimulate my brain and inspire to action.

I take a deep breath and calm down. My appreciation for my body becomes deeper and more beautiful.

My hands and focus now move gently to my ears

Without my understanding of how exactly my ears convert vibrations of sound into something that makes sense and meaning, the hearing process continues.

I think of all the beloved sounds of my people’s voices,

all the beautiful music that can move my heartstrings, or even inspire my whole body to dance.

All the sounds I know, all the beautiful words I’ve heard.

All the silence my ears have experienced.

I take a deep breath and calm down. My appreciation for my body becomes deeper and more beautiful.

My hands and focus are now shifting on my lips

I take a deep breath and become even calmer.

I think about how easily my lips form words.

I appreciate all the kisses I can give and receive

All the nice words I can whisper or shout

All the delicious food I can lick from my lips

I appreciate everything inside my mouth that works!

My tongue, my spit, my cheeks, my teeth, my palate – the whole brilliant design.

I appreciate my lips!

My hands and focus now move slightly to my neck and throat

I take a deep breath and calm down.

I appreciate my neck and throat. All the breathing that flows uninterrupted through it.

All the sounds I’ve made from baby to now and to the end.

All the food I can send through it to my stomach.

All the sun I can feel on my skin

All the moisturizing creams, all the scarves, all the ties,

all the arms that can hug me around my neck.

All the looking up, all the looking down, all the looking around.

All the muscles that keep my head upright.

I take a deep breath and calm down even more. I am deeply relaxed

My hands and focus now move gently to my chest.

I feel my heartbeat. I feel my ribs move up and down as it expands on inhaling and exhaling – rhythmically and calmly.

My heart feels full of love full of life, full of appreciation, full of hope of knowing that I am rediscovering the best part of myself.

Full of appreciation for the wisdom of taking these few minutes of tranquillity.

Full of new fresh oxygen and new fresh power for the day.

I feel Calm. I feel Strong. I feel something inside me is shining.

I am aware of the life force of my being.

Aware of my inherent ability to overcome everything with a calm mind.

I breathe deeply. I feel relaxed

Life loves you and you and life are falling deeper and deeper in love with one another, enriching everything from cell to being.

Now go ahead and breathe deeply and calmly – always, all of the time and everywhere.

And please remember… Healthy Thoughts, Healthy Living.
